  2. We recommend you drink your detox Tea every night or every other night before bed. Helps aid digestion and cleanse your system, leaving you bloat free the next morning.

 

Meal Plans

  1. How do I get my meal plan after I pay?
  2. Once you make payment, you meal plan will be sent to you via email in a downloadable PDF file. You can save it on your own or better still print out a copy.
  3. How do I know which meal plan to choose?
  4. B Fit has a variety of meal plans to choose from depending on your fitness goals. So if you want to loose weight, you will choose the weight loss plan. On the other hand, if you are looking to build lean muscle, you will choose the bodybuilding meal plan. Furthermore, B Fit has meal plans for both Nigerian and Continental cuisines, so choose according to the food you eat more regularly.
  5. What if I miss one day of my meal plan?
  6. We recommend you try your best to follow the meal plan. But if you miss a day or two, that’s fine! Just make sure to continue on the following day and with time, healthy eating will become part of your lifestyle.

 

Workout Plans

  1. What is a workout plan? 
  2. B Fit workout plan is a guide that instructs you how to train to reach your desired fitness goal.
  3. What does the workout plan include?
  4. Each workout plan includes short video clips (5-10 seconds of each move) that demonstrate how to perform each exercise. Please note that, it is not a full performance video.

 

  1. How do I get my workout plan after I pay for it? 
  2. The workout plan will be sent to your email address in a easy downloadable format. It can be accessed on any phone, tablet or computer. You can save the workout plan so you can easily refer to it when you are ready to workout. For people who like, you can also print out your workout plan.
  3. How often do I need to purchase a workout plan? 
  4. B Fit workout plans are great because each plan has a fitness goal. So, you just need to purchase one workout plan, based on your fitness goal at that time. Our workout plans are for an 8- week period of time, after which you are advised to purchase the next level if you think you need to advance and challenge yourself.
  5. Do I need to join a gym to achieve my fitness goals? 
  6. Absolutely not! B fit offers great HOME workout plans and these exercises can be done in the comfort of your home.
  7. Will I need to buy workout Equipment? 
  8. We recommend that you buy some basic equipment for the home-based programs. You can get these from any fitness equipment shop, but B Fit has all the equipment you need at a discounted price.
  9. How do I know which workout plan to choose?

  11. I am just a beginner; will this be hard for me?
  12. No, our workout plans are built for different fitness level. So as a beginner, we start you with a realistic workout routine and as you advance, so does routine.
  13. Is stretching necessary? 
  14. Yes! We recommend you stretch before and after each workout session.
  15. If I have any questions abut my workout plan, what do I do? 
  16. Once you pay for your workout plan, you will assigned an online personal trainer who will be contacting you via email. You can ask your trainer any questions.
  17. Does B Fit have male workout plan? 
  18. Absolutely! B Fit has great intense workout plans for men at any fitness level.

Shipping

All Sales are final. Due to the nature of fitness products we unfortunately do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Please, make sure you measure your waist before ordering the waist trainers. All other B Fit personalized items are true to size, so order your perfect size. Meal Plans and Workout guides cannot be exchanged or returned likewise detox teas and equipment. We advise all customers to email info@bfiteveryday.com before making any purchase with any questions or concerns. We respond in a timely fashion.
